Dedicare’s financial reports are usually published early in the morning.
The publication of interim reports and the year-end report is always preceded by a board meeting on the same day or the day before it is published.
A period of thirty days before the publication of interim reports or year-end reports, Dedicare considers it a “silent period”. This means that no meetings with investors and analysts are held, either physically or over the phone.

Other important times
The annual general meeting will be held on April 21, 2022 at 4:00pm at the company’s headquarters in Stockholm. Requests from shareholders to have a matter dealt with at the meeting must have been received by March 3, 2022, in order to be included in the notice.
