Dedicare intends to acquire health care staffing business in Denmark

Dedicare has of today signed a letter of intent (LOI) on the acquisition of the Danish health care staffing company KonZenta Aps (orgnr 36 42 03 40). KonZenta provides health care staff to the Scandinavian health care industry, with focus on specialists. Final negotiations have been initiated and are estimated to be completed during the first Quarter.
