The company was registered in 1995 and has been a part of the Poolia Group from 2001 until May 2011 when the company’s B share was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Prior to the IPO in March 2011, the company was transformed from private to public.

Dedicare’s B share was introduced on Nasdaq Stockholm on May 4, 2011. On 31 December 2020, the share capital was SEK 4 697 699, divided between 9 395 397 shares, of which 2 011 907 class a shares and 7 383 490 class B shares, with a quotient value of SEK 0.50. Each share confers equal entitlement to the company’s assets and profits. Class A shares carry one vote and class B shares carry one-fifth of a vote.

Dedicare’s B share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm AB under the designation DEDI. An IPO comprises 1 share and the quota value is SEK 0.50.

Number of shareholders

On 31 December 2021, the number of shareholders amounted to 7 585. During the year, 351 shareholders were added and 429 were ceased.

Shareholder structure

The largest proportion of Dedicare’s shareholders are located in Sweden. As of December 31, 2021, 96.3 percent of the shareholders are in Sweden, 2.7 percent in the rest of the Nordic region, 0.8 percent in the rest of Europe, 0.1 percent in the United States and 0.1 percent in the rest of the world.
