PRA Manager – Pricing, Reimbursement & Access

Helsinki, Finland | Consultancy assignment | 1 October 2026 – 31 December 2027

We are currently looking for an experienced PRA Manager to join a global pharmaceutical company in Helsinki, Finland. This is a 12-month consultancy assignment with a strong focus on pricing, reimbursement, health technology assessment and market access within the Finnish pharmaceutical landscape.
 

The role focuses on Cardiometabolic Health and offers the opportunity to contribute to the access strategy for innovative treatments in areas such as diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular health.
 

About the assignment

As PRA Manager, you will lead HTA submissions and support the development and implementation of pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies for the Finnish market. You will translate complex clinical and health economic evidence into clear and compelling value propositions for payers and other healthcare stakeholders.
 

You will work closely with colleagues across market access, health economics, medical, regulatory, finance and commercial functions, as well as with Nordic and global teams. The role also involves engaging with relevant Finnish authorities, healthcare decision-makers, clinical experts and key opinion leaders.
 

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies for Finland
• Lead HTA submissions within the Cardiometabolic Health portfolio
• Localise global health economic assessments and value dossiers to meet Finnish requirements
• Support policy projects related to the pricing and reimbursement environment
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant Finnish stakeholders
• Represent the company in external forums and advisory boards
• Provide the Finnish perspective in Nordic and global market access projects
• Support hospital tender submissions and pricing strategies when required
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams
 

About you

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on professional who is comfortable working independently and influencing across functions. You have a strong understanding of the Finnish healthcare and reimbursement environment and are able to turn complex evidence into clear, actionable priorities.
 

To be successful in this assignment, you have:

• A degree in life sciences, health economics or a related field
• Solid experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement or health economics
• Strong knowledge of the Finnish HTA and reimbursement landscape
• Experience developing reimbursement dossiers and health economic models
• Fluent Finnish and excellent business English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to influence without direct authority
• A structured and analytical approach combined with a high level of personal drive
 

Experience within cardiometabolic health, including diabetes, obesity or cardiovascular disease, is an advantage. Experience with Finnish hospital tendering processes and hospital-level pricing is also desirable.
