RESPINOR | MedTech scale-up | Field-based in Sweden (remote/home office)
RESPINOR is bringing a new clinical decision-support solution to the ICU. We are now hiring a Key Account Manager to lead commercial execution in Sweden (primary) and Finland (secondary market).
You will drive adoption of RESPINOR DXT by building trusted relationships with clinicians and procurement stakeholders, supporting clinical evaluations, and establishing reference sites.
Your responsibilities
· Drive direct sales of RESPINOR DXT in Sweden, with Finland as a secondary market
· Build relationships with ICU stakeholders (clinicians, nurses, biomed, management, procurement)
· Manage the full sales cycle: targeting, demos, evaluations, tenders, negotiation
· Lead onboarding and training to ensure clinical adoption
· Develop key accounts and reference sites
· Represent RESPINOR at meetings and congresses
· Capture market feedback to support future growth
Your background
· Experience from ICU, ventilation, or critical care (e.g. ICU nurse, respiratory therapist, similar)
· Proven track record in hospital sales / KAM / MedTech
· Understanding of hospital buying processes and tenders
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Self-driven, structured, and comfortable in a scale-up environment
Nice to have
· Network within ICU/ventilation in Sweden or Nordics
· Experience with tenders, value-based selling, or product launches
Language & travel
· Fluent Swedish and English
· Travel mainly in Sweden, plus some travel to Finland and Nordics/Europe

· Strong pipeline across key hospitals and Regions
· Successful clinical evaluations and early adoption
· First commercial wins and progress in tenders
